Over 50 attended RAD on April 2, 2011. Dr. Stoney Abercrombie’s plenary, “Finding Joy in the Midst of Crisis,”
began our day with laughter. Breakout sessions included:
- Practical Tips for Preparing a Top Notch PIF
- To DO or Not to DO: What It Takes to Become & Maintain a Dually Accredited Program
- What Do I Want To Be When I Grow Up? Tips for Developing an Individual Professional Development Plan
- A Key to Better Relationships, In the Workplace and at Home
- One Dozen Important Things You May Not Have Known, Understood, or Realized About IMGs
- Emotional Intelligence
Dr. Perry Pugno concluded our day with a panel discussion on the new duty hours rules.
If you were at RAD, you heard people talking in the hallways, conversing over meals, and sharing their personal residency experiences during the sessions. All these voices represent relationships. Networking is very valuable to our members.
It is our hope that your experience this year will entice you to return next year on March 31, 2012.
